Abstract：To meet the static and dynamic test requirements of the architecture structure, node and rubber bearing for the large-scale, super-high or long-span building, a 108MN multi-function testing system is developed. The system adpots the way of combination of hydraulic pump and large-flow accumulator group to supply the ultra-large instantaneous peek flow of 44000 L/min for the Y high speed shear condition. And oil supply pressure is adjusted and stabilized by large flow cartridge valve. The pressure closed-loop control of the cartridge valve leads to a phase lag, which can cause the system oil supply pressure fluctuation. To ensure stable pressure output, the simulation model of the whole system including the cartridge valve pressure control loop is built, and the optimization design of the large flow accumulator group, pressure reducing valve accumulator and pipeline accumulator. By adjusting the pressure closed-loop and pipeline accumulator, the system oil supply flow requirement can be met, and the stable pressure output is ensured. The pressure fluctuation amplitude is less than 10%.
